We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, slight variations in appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the sweets and screen display differences.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of placing an order.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including images, text, logos and designs are the property of Mithai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Mithai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
