Important: Since all our sweets are fresh, handcrafted and perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction and will resolve any genuine issues immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, spoiled or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing. After 2 hours, the order enters preparation and cannot be cancelled. Contact hello@mithai.in immediately if you need to cancel.
